Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the overall administration of the Office of Operations, i.e. provide administrative support in managing priorities and work flow, coordinate and monitor multiple and diverse activities and work processes to ensure that management directives and decisions were properly conveyed and carried out.

Experience and Skills for a Customer Service Manager:
